This magnificent publication is crammed from the outset with pearls which you can take straight to the operatory and put into practice, it demonstrates in great detail, born of clinical experience, the why and wherefore of how a clinician might approach a large variety of cases, and is a truely interdisciplinary tome, which renders it more valuable than any standalone title.
You will return to it again and again for guidance and it is packed with information. You will hardly need another book for a long time.

The world's most prominent clinicians candidly share their perspectives on how they would approach challenging clinical cases that require comprehensive/interdisciplinary treatment.
